JSW Foundation has invited online applications for the JSW UDAAN Scholarship for the academic year 2023-24 with a deadline of 11th October 2023. Students pursuing full-time Engineering/diploma/medical/undergraduate/postgraduate and even professional degree programmes are eligible to apply for JSW UDAAN Scholarship 2023-24. JSW UDAAN Scholarship 2023
JSW Udaan Scholarship 2023, a CSR project of Jindal South-West Foundation (JSW), intends to help students minimize the financial burden of the high tuition fee structure by granting scholarships. JSW Udaan Scholarship 2023-24 is applicable for students enrolled in full-time UG / PG and professional diploma/degree courses. JSW UDAAN Scholarship online application process began on August 22, 2023. The deadline to submit an online application for the academic year 2023–2024 is November 10, 2023 (extended). Eligibility for JSW UDAAN Scholarship 2023-24
- Open to Pan India Students (Both Boys and Girls).
- Students should be residing in JSW plant location.
- Students must be enrolled in full-time UG/PG/Diploma/ITI/Professional degree programs.
- Must have at least 60% or more marks in Class XII/Diploma/Graduation.
- The annual family income of the student should not be more than Rs 8 lakhs.
- Students must be enrolled in courses at institutes accredited by AICTE/NAAC/UGC/Govt.
- Children of JSW employees are not eligible to apply.
How to Apply for JSW UDAAN Scholarship 2023 Online?
Applicants must visit the official website of Vidyasarathi Portal to apply for JSW Udaan Scholarship 2023. If you have previously applied for any of the schemes available on this portal, simply log in and fill the application form. Otherwise, you’ll need to register yourself first.
Steps to follow:
- Visit official website
Applicants should first go to the portal of JSW UDAAN Scholarship or visit the website www.vidyasaarathi.co.in.
- Browse and select scholarship
Select the option Browse Available Schemes; then choose the scholarship as per your course, and click on the Apply button.
- Register or Login
Login with your username/password/captcha; otherwise, click the Register Now button, type your name, mobile number, email address, and new password on the next page, and then click the Submit button.
- Verify OTP and update profile
Enter the OTP you received to verify your mobile number and email address, then update your profile.
- Enter personal details
Enter personal information such as Date of birth, Category (SC/ST/OBC/Others), marital status, etc. Upload your photo as well as proof of identity.
- Provide parent/guardian details
Then provide the parent’s or guardian’s details, such as First/Middle/Last Name, Relationship with you, Occupation, Mobile Number, Annual Income, etc., and upload the Income Certificate.
- Provide communication details
Provide contact information such as Current address, PIN code, Village/Area, Block/Taluka, and State, and then upload proof of address.
- Enter bank details
Enter the bank details such as Saving Account Number, IFSC Code, Branch/Bank Name, and Account Holder Name (as per Bank Passbook), then upload the bank statement.
- Provide Academic details
Enter your current academic information, such as Course Level/Name, institute name/address, tuition fee, etc., and then upload the fee structure, non-tuition fee, as well as admission letter.
- Enter Education details
Provide education information such as Previous years of current courses, CGPA marks, Marks obtained/CGPA obtained, total marks/CGPA, Percentages, etc., and then upload the mark sheet.
- Submit application
Recheck all of the information you provided, then click the Save button to submit the application.

JSW Scholarship Amount
JSW scholarship amount is primarily granted to students to alleviate the financial strain of the high fee structure. Students receive scholarships ranging from ₹10000 to ₹50000 and the scholarship amount is determined by the student’s course of study.
