The name itself signifies that this scholarship is meant for student who are resident of Odisha State. The Odisha State Scholarship is provided to students to help them financially and make them study more. Students of Odisha can apply for scholarship scheme from specific website. The application will be open from 15th November 2023 to 1st November 2024.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ODISHA SCHOLARSHIP 2023
- ST, SC, OBC/ SEBC, and EBC community student can apply.
- Must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Only Post Matriculation students can apply to this scholarship.
- Student can take any general, technical, or professional courses and must be studying in any Government or Government recognized Private institutes.
- The annual income of the parent/ guardians from all sources must be below 2, 50,000/- per annum.
- OBC/ SEBC and EBC students must get 50% of Marks in previously held examination. Then only scholarship will be awarded.

Navigate to the ‘Registration’ section and click on it.
- Step 3
Enter your Aadhaar card number and click on “verify” Button.
- Step 4
Enter other details like Student name, Date of Birth, Mobile number, Alternative mobile number, Email-Id, set password and click on “Register” button.
- Step 5
Once the registration is completed, candidates will receive an Unique ID and password on their registered mobile number.
- Step 6
Log in to the Odisha scholarship portal with Username (Unique ID) and Password.
- Step 7
Click on the scholarship wisely based on department, class, category, and other details.
- Step 8
Fill the application form carefully with necessary details like basic information, bank information, and eligibility etc.
- Step 9
Once finish with filling, click on the ‘Save’ button and then on the ‘Next’ tab.

Candidates can preview their applications and can edit if required.
