West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee, launched a scheme on October 1, 2013, for 18-year-old unemployed youth called <strong>Yuva Utsaha<\/strong>, which was later renamed as <strong>Yuvasree <strong>Prakalpa<\/strong><\/strong>. Under this scheme, allowance is provided to the unemployed youth for skill development. You can receive 1500 rupees every month by applying to the Yuvashree scheme. However, to receive the amount, your name must be listed on the WB Employment Bank website. required to fulfill certain eligibility criteria to apply for this scholarship which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unemployed youth of the state of West Bengal are eligible for this scheme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants must be Passed class 8th.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To get the allowance of this scheme, the applicant must first create a profile on the website of Yuvashree prakalpa and then the name of the applicant should be in the list of the employment bank website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There shouldn&#8217;t be any financial assistance \/ loan
