Rupashree Prakalpa 2023: 2018 সালে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার অর্থনৈতিকভাবে পিছিয়ে থাকা দরিদ্র পরিবারের কন্যাদেরকে তাদের বিবাহের উদ্দেশ্যে একটি সরকারি উদ্যোগ চালু করেন যা রূপশ্রী প্রকল্প নাম পরিচিত। এই প্রকল্পের অধীনে, যে সকল পরিবারের বার্ষিক উপার্জন 1.5 লক্ষ টাকা বা তার কম তাদের কন্যাদের এককালীন Rs.25,000 আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান করা হয়৷। এই প্রকল্পে আবেদন করতে, আবেদনকারীকে প্রথমে রূপশ্রী পিডিএফ ফর্মটি www.wbrupashree.gov.in থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে, তারপরে সেটি পূরণ করে নীচে উল্লিখিত প্রয়োজনীয় শংসাপত্র সহ নিকটস্থ ব্লক উন্নয়ন অফিস/পৌর কমিশনার কার্যালয়ে জমা দিতে হবে।
Rupashree Prakalpa (রূপশ্রী প্রকল্প) 2023 Online
Rupashree Prakalpa is a successful scheme launched by the Government of West Bengal. The initiative of the scheme was taken on 31 January 2018 but the Department of Women & Child Development and Social Welfare officially launched the Rupashree scheme on 1 April 2018. The purpose of which is to provide financial assistance to all the families who are unable to bear the expenses of their daughter’s marriage. Under this scheme, a one-time payment of Rs.25,000 is provided to poor families for the marriage of their daughters.

Eligibility of Rupashree Prakalpa | রূপশ্রী প্রকল্পের যোগ্যতা
You will get the benefits of the Rupshree scheme only if you comply with the terms and conditions of the Govt. These are as follows:
- Applicant must be a resident of West Bengal or have been residing in the state for the last 5 years.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or older.
- The applicant must be an unmarried girl and the scheme will be applicable only for the purpose of her marriage.
- The annual family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs 1.5 lakh.
- The benefit of this scheme is available only on the first marriage of the girl, that is, you will get the benefit once.
Rupashree Prakalpa Check Status and Beneficiary List
When you submit the application form at the Block/Divisional Office, you will be given an Application ID. It’s a 15-digit unique ID that is given so that you can check the Beneficiary List and application status later. By checking the status you will know the current status of the application and whether Rs 25,000 has been transferred to the Beneficiary account or not. To do this follow these steps:

Visit the official 2.0 portal of Rupashree Prakalpa or go to this link: www.wbrupashree.gov.in.
- Step 2
Then select the track application option.
- Step 3
Now enter the 15-digit Applicant ID and select Academic Year.
- Step 4
Then click on the search button.
- Step 5
On the next page, you can check all the status of the Rupashree, such as Tracking of Applicants, IFMS Status, WBSCB Payment Status, etc.
রূপশ্রী প্রকল্পের আবেদন পদ্ধতি
রূপশ্রী প্রকল্পের এপ্লিকেশন ফর্ম আপনারা বিনামূল্যে সরকারি কার্যালয় থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। যারা গ্রামীণ এলাকার/ গ্রামাঞ্চলের বাসিন্দা তারা ফরমটি ব্লক উন্নয়ন অফিসারের কার্যালয় থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। যারা মিউনিসিপালিটি এলাকার বাসিন্দা তারা সদর মহকুমা অফিস থেকে এবং যারা মিউনিসিপাল কর্পোরেশনেই বাসিন্দা তাদেরকে পৌর কমিশনার কার্যালয় থেকে আবেদন ফরমটি সংগ্রহ করতে হবে. ফরমটি সংগ্রহ করার পর সমস্ত তথ্য ভরুন আপনার নাম/এড্রেস/পরিবারের ডিটেলস ইত্যাদি। এরপর শংসা পত্র সহ সরকারি কার্যালয়ে জমা দিন।

রূপশ্রী প্রকল্পের ফরমটি আপনার নিকটবর্তী ব্লক উন্নয়ন অথবা মহকুমা অফিসারের কার্যালয় থেকে আপনি সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। তবে এবার থেকে আপনি Rupashree Online 2.0 পোর্টাল থেকে নিজেই পিডিএফ ফরমটি ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন। কিভাবে আপনার মোবাইল থেকে তা করবেন তা নিম্নরূপ:

Documents Needed
রূপশ্রী প্রকল্পের ফর্মটি (Rupashree Prakalpa Application form) জমা দেবার সময় যে সমস্ত ডকুমেন্টস গুলো আপনার প্রয়োজন হবে সেগুলি হলো:
- সাম্প্রতিক রঙিন ছবি
- আবেদন কারীর নিজস্ব ব্যাংক একাউন্ট
- বয়সের প্রমাণপত্র যেমন, ভোটার কার্ড/জন্ম সনদ/দশম শ্রেণীর এডমিট কার্ড/আধার কার্ড
- আবাসিক শংসাপত্র
- আয়ের শংসাপত্র
- বিবাহের প্রমাণ যেমন,ম্যারিজ রেজিস্ট্রেশন নোটিশ।
সব ডকুমেন্টসগুলোতে আবেদবনকারীর স্বঘোষণা অর্থাৎ self declaration অবশ্যই থাকতে হবে.
রূপশ্রী প্রকল্পের টাকা কবে পাবো?
আবেদনকারীরা প্রথমে এপ্লিকেশন ফর্মটি পূরণ করে প্রয়োজনীয় শংসাপত্রের সাথে জেলা/মহুকুমা শাসকের কার্যালয়ে/মিউনিসিপাল কর্পোরেশনের অফিসে জমা দিন. আপনাকে অবশ্যই প্রস্তাবিত বিবাহের ২ মাস আগে ফরমটি জমা দিতে হবে. এরপর রূপশ্রী প্রকল্প আবেদনের অবস্থা চেক করুন, আপনার অনেদনটি গ্রাহ্য করা হলে ৭-২০ দিনের মাথায় আপনি টাকা পেয়ে যাবেন।
